Quickly design and build a basic site that allows the client to manage their rental listings and drive prospective tenants to a Web site to search exclusively their available properties.

Advantages:

Leveraged existing property management tools from an industry leader that also allow for easy cross-promotion of available listings.
Web site listings are updated in real time.
Prospects can be captured in one account regardless whether listings are responded to through hbgrentals.com or through Zillow.

Disadvantages:

Tools are not responsive friendly so the site was limited regarding responsive mobile display.
